1. Services
We provide website design, development, and related digital services for roofers and builders, including:
website setup
domain and hosting setup
Google Business Profile setup
ongoing maintenance (if selected)
The exact scope of work will be agreed before the project begins.

2. Payment Terms
The total website setup fee is £500.
A £250 deposit (50%) is required before work begins.
The remaining £250 balance is due upon completion, before the website goes live.
Optional monthly service:
Ongoing services are £80 per month.
Monthly payments are billed in advance.
Services may be paused or removed if payment is not received.

3. Delivery
Websites are typically delivered within 10 days, depending on:
client responsiveness
content provided
Delays caused by missing content or slow communication may extend timelines.

4. Revisions
Up to 2 revisions are included after the initial build.
Revisions must fall within the agreed scope of the website.
Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
provide accurate business information, images, and content
respond promptly to requests for feedback
ensure all provided content is owned or permitted for use

6. Refund Policy
The £250 deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
No refunds are provided after the website has been completed.
If the project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be issued.

7. Ongoing Services (£80/month)
If the client chooses ongoing services, these may include:
hosting and domain management
updates and small edits (text, images, services)
bug fixes and technical maintenance
Terms:
Services continue monthly until cancelled
A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required before the next billing cycle to cancel
Failure to pay may result in the website being taken offline or services suspended

8. Ownership
The client receives full ownership of the website once full payment (£500) is made.
If ongoing services are cancelled, access to hosting and domain may be transferred, but setup or migration fees may apply.

9. Performance Disclaimer
While the website is designed to generate enquiries:
we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, or results
results may vary depending on market conditions, competition, and client services

10. Liability
We are not liable for:
loss of business, revenue, or data
downtime or issues caused by third-party services (hosting, domains, Google, etc.)

11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time
If the client cancels after work has started, the deposit will not be refunded
Any completed work may still be charged

12. Acceptance
By making a payment or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
